I am reticent to post this photo as all of you have seen photos similar to this, and have performed this task before. However this lower air foil must be different from any that I have fabricated in the past. All of my reference photos, and structural descriptions state the tailing edge of the lower foil is intentionally warped. Bowed, so to speak, in its center. Pondering a "bowing" procedure this evening.

Completed stitching. Holes "T" modelers pin. Sharpie pen accent. Since many WW1 aircraft show stitches, me thinks this technique is a "keeper.

Another unique design feature of the Halbe. The aileron control quadrant and the bottom of the joystick, with elevator cables, extends thru the floor of the cockpit and fuselage bottom.
