Shaping/sanding complete. Ready for sealer (will use white glue) then cover probably next weekend with heavy silkspan and dope. Search is ongoing for a good cockpit photo. |

Test fit for the canopy. BINGO!! One coat Hobby-lite and one coat of Micro-fill worked great. One more coat MF should provide a great shape for silkspan covering. |

Framing complete. Installed trim tabs and extra F1 former at wing root. Alterered the rear connection a touch but a good tight fit. Shaping next. |

Figured I try to mimic DD's tail plane and rudder assembly. Never tried it before. Gotta say, lots of cutting since all no kit parts were used. |
