Thanks for the observation about the clok...it was noted, but remember it is not hooked to the power...yet! The cockpit kit is adequte but I think I could have "scratched" a better panel.

I must start the pit while I have easy access. The plan is to make everthing and fit it for install later.

Well it worked, if I scratched this fuse I would have covered it in sections but I followed the diredtions and used the wood in the kit. I placed the Hor. Stab on her to make me see what she will be like.

As you have all found, the second time you do something it is easier. This side I used clamps, not pins. Either I need a smaller plane or need to get more clamps, as I just made it!

Well just about one year ago I started this new hobby. Today I just glued the largest piece of fuse sheeting to date. 6x36 "Lettuce!" hope Mr. Wood glue works its magic!

Organized confusion. The fuse is sheeted with 1/8 in balsa.... this thickness is a new experience for me. Maybe I need to buy a nailgun!

All that I can do today...waiting for the glue to dry. I cannot install the shallow cockpit as instructed. I have the new detailed cockpit kit. Here is the time for pondering a method.

My eclectic blend of former squares gets a workout. The wood, on a kit older than some builders that post here, is truly wonderful....not like the wood supplied by Guillows. The die punches are shape and true. The wood is better than the hand selected
