Picked up this "Rotary Cutter" at the local craft store at 40% off. Slices and dices and does an awsome job on tissue (and a pretty good job on light 1/32" balsa cross grain and great with grain).

Does all tissue come out "Splotchy" like this (green)? Or was this just low gade tissue (came with a "Dumas" kit)?
