Unfortunately, we didn't take any construction pix. But we do have this completed structure before covering. We kept the areas, and most of the demensions and moments of the CB. The wing and tail structure was simplified and the dihedral changed to polyhedral. The tailboom and swept vertical tail was retained. The nose pod was cleaned up to include the removeable wing mod, ballast box, and semi-enclosed nose wheel into a single unit. Our first modifications to the Cloud Buster were to make a small box on the bottom of the wing pylon so that the motor stick could be adjusted for balancing the airplane. Also the landing gear was omitted. First flights were promising but indicated that we would need more room for flying than our backyard could afford.
