Ahoy fellas I make it from paper no foam core useing formers and paper for the skins after assembly I airbrushed on 3 coats of Areo gloss nitrate dope The inter plane,cabane and undercarriage struts are reinforced with floaral wire. thanks you guys for your replies. Boats |

Boats, you must have learned these building techniques on deployments. I remember guys building everything under the sun from stainless steel nuts, washers and trash cans. Great job. |

Thanks Luke for your reply sir, I done a lot of this while I was in the Navy I use to go down below in the mess hall and ask the stew burner to save all of the cardboard durring the daily break outs for meals. when I got off watch I went down below in the boson locker that was my hobby shop away from the crew and build models all the time and have them sent home swtate side.
