The undercarriage is bass plywood and the leading edge is faced and extending 1” into the fuselage is 2mm carbon fiber rod. The last RC plane I flew was a single channel galloping ghosts (rudder only) in 1960 a gas .049. I am currently learning to fly a Carbon Cub S 2 from Horizon Hobby, that my Daughter and Grandson bought me for my Birthday. I am having a lot of fun with my 18year old grandson flying this plane.
