If you want to go old school and use bamboo for curved parts you can strip it off a bamboo barbeque skewer with a balsa stripper. It's bent with heat. I used to bend it around an incandescent light bulb but since they are all LED around here I set my heat gun on it's back on the bench, turned it on, and bent the bamboo around the nozzle. The photo is just for illustration. You use both hands when bending. |
