| I think this one took about a month (it was started in Feb). David just added the finishing touches after a bit of a break from it. |

| It just took me awhile to get around to adding the landing gear which finished it. The wheels are the same as used on the nose gear of the Shinden and it took some time to get them from Tower Hobbies. It's about as simple as it can be but I think it's elegant. I cringe at the prospect of painting something pure white but I like the results and I enjoyed building it. Oh...I've built 44 since I started building again in early 2006 so I think the average is about one per month, or so. I'm thankful for this site because otherwise they would all seem like a blur and the only thing I can see now is the F-86D taking shape..... |
