exceptional plane boats, what kind of plane is it, it's a bomber from ww1, is it a gotha? i don't know to much about the bombers back then. good show! |

Ahoy Fellas Thanks very much for your replies I am honored been to busy with these card models havent had the time to to check in here you guys are the berst builders i have seen in any forum. BriandKilby this is the Vickers Vimy 1919 shye never entered the first world war she was produced to late. This aircraft here has a important part in history and its new to me, This was the first aircraft to fly across the Atlantic my Alcot and Brown in 1919 8 years before Lindberghs NYP flight it was a modified from the bomber version for this flight. As to the flight they took off from Newfoundland to Ireland But not as far as Lucky Lindy.. I built this from paper Boats |

That is so cool. was wondering how much internal structure there is to the wings. and also whether this was a "kit" or completely from scratch. It is beautiful. And since I missed the original post of the B-24-- congrats and : wow! |
