Gary S | 30-Mar-21 08:02 | Thank you for your comments. I used .5 mm bead thread for rigging. The undercarriage is bass plywood and the leading edge is faced and extending 1” into the fuselage is 2mm carbon fiber rod. The wing struts are also base wood |

Gary S | 30-Mar-21 20:01 | I haven’t flown her yet. The last RC plane I flew was a single channel galloping ghosts (rudder only) in 1960 a gas .049. I am currently learning to fly a Carbon Cub S 2 from Horizon Hobby, that my Daughter and Grandson bought me for my Birthday. I am having a lot of fun with my 18year old grandson flying this plane. When I think I’m ready, we will give her a go.???? |
