Image Comments SteveM 03-Oct-11 23:54 The result of a few hours of casual building this evening. The Weldbond glue grabs quickly and is dry enough to handle the parts in about 15 minutes or so. The side keels are pretty neat in this SRK. In the kit you glue the two parts of each keel half into the formers one at a time, gluing them together on the fuselage. But with the SRK they are one piece of wood that has be scored about halfway through at the joint between the two parts so that it easily bends as needed. The part "D6" in the center of the horizontal stabilizer was too small and I had to take a minute or two to make a new one. It was almost like the part was drawn too small without the kerf of the laser being taken into account.
