| Elfi Flyer | 02-Dec-06 13:30 | | Jeti 30A Advance Plus ESC was originally mounted on floor of fuselage and covered by a piece of light weight porrus foam. Heavier amp draw of E-Flite 480 outrunner B/L motor caused overheating of the ESC. Relocating ESC slightly to allow air on both sides of the device, plus forcing more air into the fuselage via the air scoop solved the problem. Scoop is made from a plastic spoon, cut in half and epoxied to bottom of fuselage. |
