I assume the part on the right is the wing position ratchet. What do they do to move and lock the wing? David Duckett 18-Mar-07 13:10 Just to the top of the green pin is a hole, by the #, and a dowel is inserted all the way through the wing and the fairings to hold it in place. The other wing has a similar ratchet. The sheeting here and on the fairings is per plan but on the fuselage only stringers were called for. I'll glue the wings permanently in about a half way position and not use the dowels. Please sign in to comment on this image.
