I once heard that Datsun copied an MG engine only made it better; any truth to that? I'm currently working on my 1962 TR3b. hjlittman 01-Jul-11 16:01 Someone once said that the early Datsun roadsters looked like a Bizarro MGB. While the styling may have been a bit dated at the time, (Looks fine now!), it was fun to drive. Although it did not quite have the handling of the MG it established something that the MG never could, that a sports car could be reliable. Really nice job!
