One of the vets on the site said he was stationed at Yuma, Arizona at the same time as your friend was at March and that they had "D" and "E" models which were not called Sabre but were known as "DOG" and "ECHO" so I guess this one's a DOG. Diels kits are much more correct in scale than Guillows so when the shape starts emerging it looks more realistic and therefore, to me, more pleasing to the eye. I've checked the contents and plans for the three new ones and am quite pleased. |
