The blocks are balsa, so it only took about 10 minutes to shape it up with my RYOBI Palm Sander and 60 grit sandpaper... You just sand until you run into the plywood, then round it off, and you got it. Oh and, Heinrich, when you got to laughing it got me tickled too... Been giggling since yesterday.... Thank you!
