There are two just like it on the other side plus another one at the rear. I complained to Guillows and was told these are relief vents and that other wise the canopy would not mold. I think that's BS. I've been building these kits for more than 50 years and I don't remember seeing this. In fact, for years the canopies from Guillows were right up there with their decals but this is clearly not the case these days. If relief holes are needed, why put them where the paint line is? The quality and clarity is not up to par, either. I wonder if any of you have had the same problems with canopies? And Bill, will you please post this pic on the Guillows forum for me? Thanks.
