I got as far as installing 90% of the stringers before I fitted the vacuum-formed cowl. Much to my surprise, the bulkhead B1 was too large. I had quite a bit of sanding to do before I could blend it with the cowl. In hinsight, I should have glued the B1 halves together first, fitted the cowling, sand/blend and then installed the stringers. Please sign in to comment on this image.
