Made from 3/32 balsa wood, lined underneath with paper so when curved the wood splitting would still remain intact. Then filled,sanded and hardened. Lately I have completely covered this area with wood. Then I cut the opening with a Dremel saw and shaped the opening with a Dremel drum sander. When initially writing something on the uploading section you cannot check what has been put down unlike on this comment section. Maybe James can sort that out.....
