First time to make make my own decals using Testors decal paper: Apparently I did not lay a heavy enough coat of fixative over the decals. TIghtened sphincter, dry mouth, etc. I found that laying a piece of paper towel saturated with white vinegar over the decal softened it enough to gently peel the remenants off with out damaging anything.
