Image Comments rayl 18-Jan-16 23:15 There are about 15 rib blanks clamped in the patterns. The red edge, applied with a sharpy, is a warning stripe to let me know if I have gone to far. I roughed the shape out with my drum sander then used a fairing board to refine the ribs. The notches were roughed out with a razor saw then refined with a small bastard file.
