When I was scratch building the Le Rhone 9 cylinder 80 HP engine for my Nieuport 11 I got frustrated trying to punch holes in the exact center of discs I had already punched out of plastic sheets. It looked terrible when assembled. Opted for metal washers which looked better but weighed a ton. The lathe is a great idea. |
