I definitely bleeds a bit with the dope at the beginning, but I haven't noticed a problem with the paint. It doesn't bleed with the gray automotive filler primer (but dope does soften the gray primer) and the acrylic doesn't seem to bother it. There's probably a better red pen to use. Don C 11-Mar-20 11:24 The Basler Corp., in Oshkosh, modifies the DC-3, by adding 5 feet to the fuselage, changing to turbo props, modifying the wing and in general beefing it up.
