In Photoshop, cut and paste parts to a drawing the size of the balsa, 2. Fill parts in black and save as TIFF, 3. Open file in InkScape, convert to vector graphics and save as DXF file, 4. Open file in LibraCAD, scale drawing and save as version of DXF that the next tool can use, 5. Open file in BenCutLaser, assign cutting tools and send drawing to Laser etcher to cut the parts). This is the first part being cut by the laser. Took about 4 hours to cut all the fuse and wing parts. |
