I wanted to have a Spirit with one coat of silver paint. I just finished washing the paint off. DD...I have a gazillion dollars to spend....what oaint did thee use on your beautious Spirit???? David Duckett 29-Oct-07 21:35 I painted mine with Liquitex acrylic, same as always. It required many, many coats on top of gray primer. If you want silver in one coat my advice is to buy spray paint.
