John Cooper 04-Sep-09 08:36 I made a new canopy by stretch-molding plastic over a carved balsa plug. I always have trouble getting good results when molding the whole canopy in one piece. In this case, I did 3 separate pieces, joined at the frames. I used very thin pieces of clear tape to join the sections. The joints are hidden by strips of tissue used for the framing.
