You would be very wise to keep the wings detachable because in this case you don't need any fillets, unlike the B 17, and of course it makes working with them sooo much easier. I think you'll enjoy the heavy grade silkspan, too. With this type of construction you can always glue the wings permanently in place if you want to. |
