Image Comments rayl 18-Jan-16 23:03 With about 80 full size ribs to cut out of 1/16" sheet, Imade a jig out of 1/8" lite-ply to insure consistent results. There are two 6-32 stove-bolts to clamp the rib blanks between the patterns. The thingy to the left is a piece of 1/8" O.D. brass tube with the inside sharpened with a countersink which should make some nice holes in the rib blanks using the pattern jig in front.
