You're doing an excellent job Briand. Only need a small plastic tube for the center hub to finished it off. Suggest using masking tape around the props to protect from the sand paper. Lightly "detack" the masking tape by sticking it on your clothing a couple of times. Then everything's done, just add a bit of filler to fill in the wood grain to the blades and after light sanding down to the wood, add primer to see any additional work that needs to be done. Then it's just the painting. Well done!

Told you you could do it! oming right along. If you haven't glued the blades in yet, my suggestion is "Don't". It's really easy to break a blade off while working on the hub. (Experience is a good teacher). Check out John Oshust's builds for a way to make a really simple shaft and bearing for a spinning prop if it isn't a flier.

thanks don, I just fitted them in place. I already sanded the hub. I might use a dowel for the shaft and put a plastic fuel line over the shaft. I'll check out john's and see how he makes them.
