Image Comments rayl 19-Nov-16 10:46 Well, we had our first taste od snow yesterday, so building season is officially open, These are about a zillion 0,010 plastic discs of diffenerent sizes that I have turned down on my little lathe. biplane guy 19-Nov-16 15:13 A lathe! Why didn't I think of that? When I was scratch building the Le Rhone 9 cylinder 80 HP engine for my Nieuport 11 I got frustrated trying to punch holes in the exact center of discs I had already punched out of plastic sheets. It looked terrible when assembled. Opted for metal washers which looked better but weighed a ton. The lathe is a great idea. Please sign in to comment on this image.
