This Civil War Pterodactyl proves their existence. The Wright Brothers and Glenn Curtiss both studied animal flight. Russian scientists have studied this photo and found it to be authentic!

I'm pretty sure that's an early Guillow's kit. You wind up the head which acts like a prop.

I've never liked model jets which have props. Same with my late Jurrasic period flying reptiles; I want flappy wings, not a rotating head.
