The outer blade faces are sanded to an air foil shape form, with sharp leading and trailing edges. The blades have a slight "twist" in them from root to tip. LASTWOODSMAN 12-May-17 20:56 The scallops of the lower blade faces, coming out of the prop hub, need to be deepened, and their leading edges will be rounded and smoothed in last.
