I had a camoflaged AVG airfield in my dad's strawberry patch. I must have had at least a half dozen P-40s when a dime was like a dollar. We built a few of them as a youngster,also: The F4U, B-36, Mig 15, C-119(had a ride in one as CAP cadet in 1957), and F-84 which I didn't get a chance to finish building.
