I think all is working again now. Please leave a comment on a photo somewhere if something you need is not working still.

The lower wing was a serious challenge and I avoided making any control surface moveable. I originally wanted to make a flyable model, but not sure that will happen.

Started lower wing, but decided not to build diherdyl or make the aileron separate. This has been a challenge so far and I am frustrated with the complexity. I overshot with a more advanced build

This is the first time I had to shape the leading edge. I used sandpaper, but should have used a knife/razor.

Finally catching up with the pictures. Upper Wing done

Looks nice! That camera angle really makes the 28" wings look big. I'm planning on doing the Sopwith Camel next so I'm watching this build.

Very busy few weeks, ut I was able to buckle down and get this completed. The Wing are okay, but my next step is to put a dihedral in the lower wing

Finally, after a few busy weeks at work i was able finish the two wing

The gear wires are easy to work around as Don has said. No worries. Your fuselage assembly looks very clean ! Nice work there

The gear isn't too bad to work around. Nice straight frame there.

Since I had already attached the landing gear, it was easier to use a clip like this. Not sure if gluing the landing gear early will come back to haunt me later.

Now I need to move onto the "L" Parts

Hard to use warm water to get the stringers in place,.

I think your progression is fine. Need to glue landing struts before stringers and covering. Looks good.
NATOMike, Image # 4205217 Apr 20 13:47

Both sides and landing struts. I read the instructions and it says to glue these after step 3 in the instructions, but not which set of steps. Work has been busy, but I am continuing to work on this model

Both sides and landing strruts
