It's not a perfect model guys! But.... it is completely hand made, using only mini saws, modeling knife, and various abrasives (sandpaper/ wet-n-dry etc). Only the wheels and decals where not fabricated by me It was also made to my own drawn plans. I would do several things differently if I did another of this aircraft. |

I checked out the RAF color scheme link that Heywooood provided. I like that a lot. It looked great on the Tiger Moth and will look awesome on your Q6. DD would be a good source for your acrylic over dope question. I think he told me once that all his finishes are acrylic over dope. |

Thank you BP! This has not been an easy build - lots of mistakes and pitfalls along the way, but satisfying all the same. I'm at final filling, smoothing stage and trying to get to grips with brushing a smooth coat of Acrylic paint on. |
