When making parts from scratch I always make more than I require as I know that in the fabrication process there are always my "screw ups!" |

“Lettuce” commence the Ogre build thread! The wheel disc is from the new short kit. Laminated wooden wheel parts are supplied. I used the wooden disc as a guide to the supply purchase at The Home Depot, my LHS. PVC pipe coupling at $.79 each. The neoprene and steel washers may make great axle hubs. |

One of the reasons for band saw acquisition...slicing rims, not phalanges. |

A score for tool lovers. In an effort to stop the outsourcing of work such as slicing blanks for air screws, cutting rims for spoke wheels, "O" enterprises conned the "Wuffy" into the purchase of this small band saw. Of course, I realize that, I must cut some trinket shapes for her, but that is the price paid for doing business. My attempt at stopping neighborhood outsourcing of Jobs. Ogre shall start with a fine set of , hand crafted, spoke wheels :D |

Thank you sir,
When you finally see Dima in the cock pit, an observer like you will instantly know why the padded flight hat is a necessity. The designers did not provide a rear headrest of any kind. I did find one later model that added a headrest. I did not wish to in corporate that design into Nunzio as it was not a common feature. The padded helmet / hat provides the pilot with some degree of relief when his noggin is slammed rearward, in acrobatic combat maneuvers. After Dima accumulates a few flight hours, I will be sure to ask him if the helmet/hat was satisfactory😄😄 |
