Posted my comment as you were uploading images. Beautiful crisp detail lines all around. Off tomorrow, first time since early January so I'll be working on the B-24 and waiting for more progress photos from your end. |

The fairings are one piece plastic and actually fit. Very well! The 2 engine plastic pieces fit, top and bottom, really well (!!!) and the cowlings fit on the mounts. If built by the plans the 2 plastic nose pieces will NOT fit but build them as I did, attach them right at the git-go, and you'll be much more pleased with your build.
By the way, flying on this machine was great! It was solid as a rock and smooth as silk. I flew on them again in 66 and 68 in Viet Nam and they were still the same, but with a bit more subdued color scheme. |

Is this the chosen color scheme for your plane? Great photograph! |

Lookin great, did you decide on the color scheme? |

Very nice covering job. The nacelles look a little easier to apply on this one than the B-29. Any headaches covering the fuselage? Tapered round surfaces would appear to be a problem when wrapping. |

Does the covering of the whole balsa areas create a better paint surface, eliminate the grain, or to be a more consistent surface with the rest (or none of the above or other) |
