I think all is working again now. Please leave a comment on a photo somewhere if something you need is not working still.

I believe the slotted one is the V-173 prototype that was actually flown while the round intakes are on the XF5U-1 that were scrapped w/o ever being flown (due to switching over to jet power only designs)

Steve, many thanks. I have a high speed internet, (cabel) It's interesting, as there are 2 versuins of this plane. I has 4 slots per engine as an air intake, and the other version has large round intakes. I have not decided which one I want to build.

I just took this snapshot to see if you were interesting in having the reference. I'd mail it to you but I need the other side for the FR-1. So I made a page with a scan of this page in three different sizes so you can pick one based on the speed of your internet connection.

Steve, many thanks for all your help. I just printed your info for my growing stack of info of my pancake. jgood also sent me a address to get free plans of peanut plane. Problem being it only prints off about 1/4 of the plans. (Grrrr) I will get it yet.

Abby, this page is one the back of the sheets that DD sent me for the FR-1. If it would be helpful to you I can scan it or mail you a photocopy.

THe site days I have the program installed but I am not seeing any arrow!

Initially in FF3b5 and IE7 I wasn't seeing the arrow. But after trying several times it finally showed up and worked fine after that. What an experience!

Alas, I am at the mercy of the package managers to pass down the updates. I suppose I could install it myself, but that has potential to cause dependency issues. I'll have to dust off a windows partition so I can check it out.

I didn't know you were running Linux, Steve. No Piclens for you! You need to update that b4 FF to b5. :)

$ sudo apt-get install piclens E: Couldn't find package piclens Looks like I'll have to get by with out it. ;-)

The die cut wood was more challenging to duplicate but I think I did ok.

Copying the printwood formers is the easy part.
