Die Farben sind ausgeziechnet! Das ganze Flugzeug auch.

Thought I'd pass along, there was a replica DVII at the Newcastle airport in Pa some years ago. First time I saw it flying, I was looking for a Mack truck to drive by. It had a 260 Mercadies (sp), awesome sound. Big airplane! Looks good!

Very well done! Lozenge print worked great and added beautifully to the eye candy of the model.

Final step - build two Spandau machine guns. Start with 3/16" dia brass tubing.

Thanks. They look great.

After measuring, I cut the "open" side through with a razor blade, laid a hard straight edge on the 'closed' side, and simply forced a small screw driver along the length of the louver to raise it up. I had to repeat during handling and gluing.

That is well done. I'm just learning about styrene and need to ask - how did you shape the louvers?
eagraber, Image # 3581203 Apr 16 14:17

Used 0.010" styrene sheet for lourved engine side panels; used 5/32 OD styrene tube for engine exhaust

I used white, glossy tissue.
