I think all is working again now. Please leave a comment on a photo somewhere if something you need is not working still.

It was out of control! Best cake ever. Oh, and I've decide to be 26 years old from now on. (57 in model airplane years...)

Yes - but will it fly.....??
BillParker, Image # 3041211 Jan 14 13:57

Yep, I built it! Ok so... 2 triple fudge cake mixes... Cooked in 9" pans for 4 layers. Smucker's cherry preserves spread liberally between the 3 layers... Covered in Cindy's home made chocolate butter frosting in mass quantities... And maraschino cherries on top, makes for the kewlest B-Day cake ever! I'd like to thank the Academy, and all the little people for this award!

I only begin a build AFTER I've secured a home for each project... Y'all proly remember the Triplane I built way back that went across the street where a WWI enthusiast lives, (female...) so this is the companion piece to that one. Snoopy and the Red Baron... The FW-190 went over to Tim's who already has my Spitfire. My P40 went next door, and next after this plane is a ZEKE. The guy next door also wants the Duantless... All 99" wingspan of her. he says he's going to diplay it on the floor in a corner... (young bachelor, in a 3500 sq. ft. house...) Guess what happens when he gets married... *G*

And Poppy, you're right. This is the Comet kit that you remember with the 54" wingspan. It's a beast, right out of the box. It's teaching me a whole lot of humility. I just thought I was smart, building all these big planes...

4 more cross members, top and bottom to go. This ain't Guillow's... The curvature of the top and bottm longerons precluded pinning the entire structure down to the plan, so I measure and cut. Anybuddy see anything glaringly wrong?
