Most my aircraft Gust one small washer on bottom left hand conner tow small washers up top giving it down trust with right trouqe. just start out with one small washer on both top engine mounts first don,t want to much our it will pull you in on take off.Had a Dr1 had too much down trust on fly by it almost kiss the runway plus it had tomuch top wing incedeince wich i was able to correct later.

thanks flyboyz, that might be it, i didn't put any down thrust on the motor. how many washers should i try and which direction should the motor point? thankyou again!

I looked at all the photos everything looks lined up. wing incidence looks good stabilizer and rudder looks good motor incidence looks good!Recheck your center of gravity and motor.I had a bipe that was climbing to much had to much up incidence on the motor i shimmed the motor puting downs on it it did grate!

i flew it last year, i still have to trim it up a good bit. i was loading on weights in the nose and relized i should use the trim. it likes to climb straight up, so i have to solve that predicament. thanks again!

also, has this bird flown yet?

no prob Brian, I was going to say, my one "rule of thumb" is to not charge Lipo's unattended. I get the impression the fire risk is real, though I have yet to experience it. If you buy from HK, get a couple of those fire-proof bags they sell for charging Lipos- that's the best price I've seen on them.

thankyou peregrin, your a big help! brian.

http://www.rchelicopterfun.com/rc-lipo-batteries.html charge dicharge info near the bottom. Looks like you would have to provide your own AC wall adapter to provide 11-18 volts to that HK lipo charger. It should include leads to connect it to a 12 volt battery though.

thanks flyboyz and peregrin. peregrin, is the charger powered by just 12v dc or can it be charged ac 120v house current, also. is the rule of thumb you should discharge your battery after flying?

I confess to being cheap and usually in quest of "the good deal" , but you gotta balance that stuff with safety/responsibility and how expendable you consider your model. Hobbyking stuff is inexpensive compared to places like Horizon and Tower. this is supposedly a decent charger: http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/__36905__IMAX_B6_Charger_Discharger_1_6_Cells_GENUINE_USA_Warehouse_.html

The 11.1 volt lipo is three cell I charge my at 1.5 medium charge trickel is even better they last longer! This plane is a 36 inch wing span.this is defiently the right set up for it!Your going to have the tiger by the tail Brain!Park Zone has the 11.1v 1800mah your running 2200 mah wich is much better power source. My experience is you got all that money tied up in the aircraft donot go cheap on power not when it comes to high speed aircraft. When you need power and your out you could stall it causing you a very bad crash destroying the aircraft!Happy flying:]

here's a question for the r/c guys. what's a good multi-range charger for lipo batteries up to 6 cell or more and possibly other batteries, that's good but doesn't cost too much? with a good charging rate?
