the windscreen on these are a challenge. The compound curves do not translate to acetate very well. I found that splitting the window in half along the center rib support and applying it as two pieces worked out ok. Then I just covered the seam with white trim tape (two strips or 'doubled') as it were

clear coating - I alwayse use semigloss - high gloss makes them look like toys IMO

this is what we ended up with..I cobbled up an interior using cardstock to mak a floor, headliner and cabin sides. I made seats from scrap balsa and covered them with linen sailcloth material from an old ship model

infill method - this was my first attempt at this style of build. You just cannot find plastic civilian aircraft in anything over 1/48 scale.

this ended up being the scheme I would use - just changed the colors of the accent stripes
