Wow, You guys are making me feel great! I have to say that all I have learned and put into practice is from watching all the builds here! Im proud of where Im going with these builds, and this was only the second plane that I really sheeted, painted and detailed!

After the last coat of sealing dope has been applied, dried, and lightly sanded, I wait several hours, and sometimes overnight, before covering. It takes quite awhile for dope to actually dry all the way through the wood although it may be dry to the touch.
