A 3.7V,James..I guess I know what you are going to tell me. Thanks a lot, my friend. I had ordered 4 from Hong Kong. It will take only a few days.

pak, what voltage lipo do you need? 3.6 or 7.4v? would a 100mAh be ok?
Richardsk, Comment for image # 257005 Aug 10 18:24
Are you going to fly it? The Hellcat is one of the best fliers in this series, if not the very best.

@Marlin, I love the wings too. You have chosen the most fantastic hobby. Too bad, although I've been in this hobby since I was young but am not qualified to advise you. Let our Guru's do their contributions. You are d-mn right, this website is GREAT. We should be grateful for James Good. @James, I still can not obtain mint 75mah lipo bat. for my peanut Antoinette. They sell the mini-heli set. No spare bat. available seperately. This is Thailand, my homeland. BTW Marlin, you are fast learner. Great, my friend. My 37" Antoinette 1907 is nearly done. Will post it tomorrow.Have a nice evening,gentlemen...Pak

I love the wings on this. As I close in on finishing my second balsa kit(ever), I have a question for the pros. How do I know when to stop sanding? Also, how do I know when I have my tissue tight enough as far as shrinking goes? I am not ready for fillets and micro fill yet, so I want to learn how to maximize my results with what comes in a box kit. There are two or three guillows kits left at the local hobby store (P-40, Hellcat and a Fokker) so I want to build these before I consider ordering a laser cut kit like Dumas or Diel. I just want to say thanks to all of you who take the time to post your build pics and answer newbie questions. This is a great site with loads of really nice people. I am so glad I decided to start this hobby. I have even chose to work on my balsa kit rather than fly my rc's recently. The 95 plus degree weather may also have had something to do with that. Us mid-westerners can't take that kind of sizzle Mr. Duckett and Mr. Poppy :)

Thank again, I might try some of that blue esaki tissue.
cdwheatley, Comment for image # 253627 Jan 08 05:39
No, the blue Esaki tissue was just doped then left as is.
supercub, Comment for image # 253626 Jan 08 19:25
Thanks, did you also use it on the tissue?
cdwheatley, Comment for image # 253626 Jan 08 14:31
Correction - number 15.
cdwheatley, Comment for image # 253626 Jan 08 14:29

Cool! Thanks for the tip. I hope to be ready for paint by the weekend. TS>
cdwheatley, Comment for image # 256427 Mar 07 11:38
Thanks! What you see here is just masking tape, painted blue, then cut into strips and stuck on the canopy. Look forward to seeing your Hellcat when it's finished.
sweendog, Comment for image # 256426 Mar 07 22:30
Just curious... is this striping tape to frame the canopy, or did you mask it off and paint? Your Hellcat came out great! I have one started. Hope to find some time this week apply the tissue.
