I thought Mr. Duckett might enjoy this. It is a painting by a fellow named Al Sprague done around 1990. It is a painting of a night jump over an airport during operation JUST CAUSE in Panama. I don't know the artist, but have always appreciated this painting. I had gone thru jungle training in Panama and then returned with the portion of the 5th Infantry Division that took part in the invasion. I believe this was the first time I had heard of the F117 which flew some missions during this time. When I saw oictures of it I thought I was being pranked because it looked like something out of Star Wars.

Trust me, it doesn't stay that way once it gets underway.

Good thing you made it to the LHS in time, maybe you should have picked up two. "Put the lime in the coconut, drink'em both together, put the lime in the coconut, call me in the morning" ;-) Reminds me of the enthusiasm I had carrying a Fokker D VII home in the rain, tucked under my coat for the entire mile, and when you're eleven it's all great adventure instead of a pain in the ass.

I picked this up today, so I don't have withdrawals once I finish my Piper Cub.
