cardstock covering - interesting idea. I use it in the cockpits when I detail them up but hadn't thought of it for a covering solution. I like that the fuselage stringers are still visible but not as pronounced as they would be under a tissue covering..hmmm

I covered the model with cardstock. The butt joints seem to look better than the overlap joints. Either I need to use thinner cardstock for overlaps or stick with the butt joints. A little tricky working out the patterns for covering.The wing tips I filled in with Balsa and painted.

seeing as how the Spitfire will have the green and brown camo scheme, I decided to do the Hurricane different. This is a cool color combo. I quite like it. Best 15 bucks I ever spent! :)
