BOuncing around between items, I also now ready to start on the cockpit with the instruments printed out and teh Inst. panel picture test having been test-fit for the proper size. Off-camera, I have some laminated bows for the canopy drying on their forms. |

First time to make make my own decals using Testors decal paper: Apparently I did not lay a heavy enough coat of fixative over the decals. TIghtened sphincter, dry mouth, etc. I found that laying a piece of paper towel saturated with white vinegar over the decal softened it enough to gently peel the remenants off with out damaging anything. Whew. Now I will print up some new decals and be sure to spray enough fixative on them. |
