These flights are all done with hand winding as the winder broke and CA wouldn't hold it together. I managed to get some 15-20 second flights and then decided my poor wrist and finger were tired of winding and it was time for electric FF conversion.

I have been weighing my battery options. The KP-01 motor needs 3.6 volts while the RC receiver will need 4.8-6 volts. The LiPo is 4.4g, NiCd pack is 24.8 g, and NiMh pack is 34.1g. I either need to use two battery packs build a regulator for the motor.

Made in China? Nope, soldered right here in the USA with pride and not quite enough solder (note the orange wire). It's a Pixie-7P that I was going to use to provide some sort of motor control when I convert the One Nite 28 to electric RC.
