1959 Sterling Nieuport 28 same series as my SE5 Scout I built this when I was in the Navy I bough it in the ships store I paid $3.00 for itas soon as we pulled in subic Bay the Phillipines I went t a hobby shop in caviti I got some dope and silk useing Areo glioss dope creme color pigments dop I brushed on 6 coats the model flew 4 times burned up the engine it was again a McCoy .19 has,nt flown scince it was hung up all those years most of everything i had scince boyhood my parents kept it for me and never gave it away even when married I kept them there until I got settled with a home.

Here is my 8ft RMS TITANIC 1/8th scale I made this from solid wood all pine paper carstock it is displayed in our liveingroom My wife doe not want anymore behemoths sitting in our lieing room she loves the Tianioc. It took me almost 10 years to build this I was built useing builders plans I oibtained through Abe Taubman plan service

Here she is all finished sometime this summer time I will take her out to the metro pond She weighs about 155 Lbs. My next door neighbor helps load her up on the boat trailor I was on channel 7 news when i first had her out for sea trials when i was on the news it was the hieght of my life i never had so much attention My models are my life i cant live without them i know some day they will go another direction where i am going but perhaps some day befor my gray sails wear out they will have a happy home to go to. Heree she is fellas
